As a result of significant growth, we are urgently seeking Traffic Controllers with relevant qualifications and experience to join our rapidly expanding team around Melbourne on a full-time basis.
Do you have a strong commitment to safety? We are looking for team members to join our civil construction projects and ensure the safety of staff, road users and other contractors.
Our operations and yards are located in Carrum Downs and we're ready to welcome new starters with immediate effect!
The process is simple and straightforward:

Before Starting Your

Have These Documents Handy
Our online no-interview job application process for our drilling crew and traffic management and controllers is easy to follow. You will simply need copies of all your certifications to speed up the process and to save you searching during the process.

For example, for a drilling supervisor role you the minimum certifications are a current White Card (RIW Card), First Aid & CPR Certificate and relevant plant operator tickets, plus a valid driver's license and preferably a truck licence. Successful completion of an HDD certification or equivalent qualifications is a bonus. You enter these details into our online application form.

To be successful in your traffic controller application you must at least have Certificate IV in Traffic Control (and/or RIIWHS302D and R11WHS205D), as well as Construction Induction (White Card) and a current First Aid Certificate and driver's license.

What We're Looking For
​
You should have proven experience in all aspects of Directional Drilling, including reading plans/DBYD's, locating and working around services, associated civil and remediation works, and use of hydro excavation units.
We also rate highly your experience in the telecommunications and power industry as we provide specialist HDD service in these sectors.
In addition to your experience, we highly value reliability and punctuality, a willingness to work cohesively as part of a team, excellent written and verbal communication skills, motivation with growth opportunities available, and adherence to HSE policies/procedures.
Further qualifications such as Excavator Licence, Truck Licence - HC Preferred, VESI Training, RIW Card, Pit/Pipe Ticket, First Aid & CPR Certificates are also highly regarded.
